NOW to get paid, we need you to send us an invoice. Please follow this step by step guide, this should take max. 3-5 mins.
STEP 1: CREATE AN INVOICE

Please fill out the fields with following information:
"Who is this invoice from? (required)":
First & Last Name - Adresse
Example:

"Date":
Please add the date you posted
Example:

"Payment Terms":
Please add the agreed payment term you agreed on with your campaign manager. This can be anything from 24h-31 days depending on the client.
Example:
31 days
"Due Date":
Simple math. The day you posted + the agreed time it takes to do the payment. Example: You agreed with the campaign manager (the person you were in contact with) that payment is done within 7 days and you posted the 7th of December. Due Date is then the 14th of December.
"PO Number":
Your own number, if this is the first invoice you sent then 001. Second 002. Etc.
"Amount":
The agreed payment amount in $.
Example:
You agreed on $15? Please enter 15.
"Description of service or product...":
Individual depending on what your campaign manager told you it was.
Example:
1 TikTok Music Promotion for "Lil Baby - Pure Cocaine"
"Terms":
If you are from Europe, please make sure to put "*Reverse Charge" so neither of us pays taxes.
CONGRATULATIONS! You have filled in all important information and have now generated an invoice to get paid. Now you can download the invoice.
FINAL STEP
Please send a mail to invoices@gen-z-nation.com with the invoice attached (DOWNLOAD IT AS A PDF AND ATTACH IT TO THE MAIL) and use the subject line your campaign told you to use.

DONE!
You will now get paid in time! Should there be any problem please message the responsible campaign manager. Please note, that payments are usually not done during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) but will then be done first things first on Monday.
If you do not receive the payment in time for whatever reason, please do not take down the TikTok/Instagram/YouTube post yet but directly contact your campaign manager. Most likely, there is a problem with the invoice you sent or it was not received.
