You will be joining our account management team. Gen Z Nation (official Meta, TikTok and OnlyFans partner) works with the world's leading creators to help them become successful entrepreneurs through multiple income streams. The account management team is the central beacon for all creators Gen Z Nation helps developing a top-notch, paid subscription service. As Account Manager within this team, you will be helping Gen Z Nation to drive sales within the paid platforms representing the creators and help them level up their entrepreneurship. You will manage OnlyFans creator accounts and support the day-to-day business. We are a leading, all-in-one management agency for creators (influencers). We have been helping your favorite creators turn their passion into successful businesses - our brand clients include Universal, Amazon, Vans and many more!
Today we are a team of 10+, building the future of Gen Z creators, social media and entrepreneurship. We do everything in-house and we have helped some of the biggest creators turn their passion into their full-time job.
Through music promotions (Lil Nas X, Jason Derulo, DJ Khaled etc.), brand promotions (Paco Rabanne, Netflix, Gymshark etc.), subscription channels (OnlyFans) and in the next months events and own brands whether that’s DTC brands (cosmetics, fashion or fitness etc) or their own digital brands (mobile apps, courses, membership clubs, gated content).
We have redefined the market proposition for the world's best and most exciting content creators. We provide full-service creator management including the deliverance of synergistic paid subscription basis and a multi-vertical business infrastructure that supports talents doing what they love the most. We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join Gen Z Nation and work with us to build our OnlyFans presence.

- Work in close collaboration with the Head of OnlyFans to create game changing opportunities for a roster of talent based in the USA and UK.
- Work towards achieving annual revenue targets, reviewed on a monthly basis.
- Mentor and advise talent on content and professional decisions that impact their career.
- Strategically build out the roster of managed clients.
- Become an impactful point of contact for handling content, communication with clients and any type of other important commercial inquiries including our OnlyFans creators.
- Play a key role in growing our worldwide operation
- Strategically work with the Heads of OnlyFans to deliver the US and european growth strategy
- Utilize innovative and authentic methods to build long lasting relationships with clients, sell content to them.
- Carry out outreach within the Creator industry and nurture agency relationships for prospective partnerships
- Search for high-profile creators with the audience and the desire to create their own business
- Pitch Gen Z Nation business partnership opportunities to prospective creators
- Play an integral role in helping grow the Gen Z Nation OnlyFans brand within the US & UK creator space
- Deliver new ideas and business opportunities that would scale Gen Z Nation
- Create marketing initiatives tailored to the customer's needs
- Work closely and cross functionally with Management to develop and implement marketing and branding across our clients
- Is active on social media
- Is a natural communicator with the ability to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external)
- Enjoys socializing, networking and developing client relationships
- Has a passion for the Creator industry and is knowledgeable or very interested about the space
- Has the hunger of exceeding sales goals and is resilient when it comes to pursuing your targets
Is (or is interested in) understanding the sales processes and confident pitching to clients, discussing pricing and negotiating contracts
- Is highly motivated with a positive approach to projects
- Loves entrepreneurship and where the creator space is going
- Has excellent English language and grammar
