You will be joining our creator acquisition team. Gen Z Nation works with the world's leading creators to help them become successful entrepreneurs through multiple income streams. The creator acquisition team is the central beacon for all new creators that Gen Z Nation partners with. As Creator Partnerships Manager within this team, you will be helping Gen Z Nation to identify new creators to partner with and bring them through the process to become an elite Gen Z Nation creator. You will manage creators, clients and support the day-to-day business. We are a leading, all-in-one management agency for creators (influencers). We have been helping your favorite creators turn their passion into successful businesses - our brand clients include Universal, Amazon, Vans and many more!
 

Today we are a team of 10+, building the future of Gen Z creators, social media and entrepreneurship. We do everything in-house and we have helped some of the biggest creators turn their passion into their full-time job.

Through music promotions (Lil Nas X, Jason Derulo, DJ Khaled etc.), brand promotions (Paco Rabanne, Netflix, Gymshark etc.), subscription channels (OnlyFans) and in the next months events and own brands whether that’s DTC brands (cosmetics, fashion or fitness etc) or their own digital brands (mobile apps, courses, membership clubs, gated content).

 

We have redefined the market proposition for the world's best and most exciting content creators. We provide full-service creator management including the deliverance of synergistic brand partnerships and a multi-vertical business infrastructure that supports talents doing what they love the most. We are looking for an ambitious Creator Partnerships Manager to join Gen Z Nation and work with us to build our Gen Z Nation Talent Management presence.

- Work in close collaboration with the Head of Global Clients and Head of Global Talents  to create game changing opportunities for a roster of talent based in the USA and UK.

- Work towards achieving annual revenue targets, reviewed on a monthly basis

 

- Mentor and advise talent on content and professional decisions that impact their career.

 

- Strategically build out the roster of managed clients.

 

- Become an impactful point of contact for handling music promotions, brand promotions and any type of other important commercial inquiries including our creators.

 

- Play a key role in growing our US&UK operation

 

- Strategically work with the Heads of Global Clients & Talents to deliver the US&UK Creator growth strategy

 

- Utilize innovative and authentic methods to build long lasting relationships with creators, "manage" them.

 

- Carry out outreach within the Creator industry and nurture agency relationships for prospective partnerships

 

- Search for high-profile creators with the audience and the desire to create their own business

 

- Pitch Gen Z Nation business partnership opportunities to prospective creators

 

- Play an integral role in helping grow the Gen Z Nation brand within the US & UK creator space

 

- Deliver new ideas and business opportunities that would scale Gen Z Nation

 

- Create marketing initiatives tailored for the US and/or UK  market

 

- Work closely and cross functionally with Management to develop and implement marketing and branding across our clients

- Is a natural communicator with the ability to form relationships with stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external)

 

- Enjoys socializing, networking and developing client relationships

- Has a passion for the Creator industry and is knowledgeable or very interested about the space

 

- Has the hunger of exceeding sales goals and is resilient when it comes to pursuing your targets

 

 Is (or is interested in) understanding the sales processes and confident pitching to clients, discussing pricing and negotiating contracts

 

- Is highly motivated with a positive approach to projects

 

- Loves entrepreneurship and where the creator space is going

 

- Has excellent English language and grammar

 

- Is a team player who takes a personal interest in working collaboratively

 

- The important technical essentials

 

- Fluent in how to navigate social media channels of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

 

- Proficient in using or interested in learning how to use Asana, project management tools, MS Suite and Google Doc Suite
